New build, re-roof and overlay
Roofing keeps water off the building; waterproofing keeps it out. We install the details that decide whether a roof holds up: drains, flashings, penetrations, terminations and below-grade assemblies.
Above grade and below grade
An inspection tells you where the roof actually is, not where its paperwork says it should be. We walk the roof, report what we find and separate what needs doing now from what can wait.
Condition reports you can act on
A roof that is looked after outlasts one that is only ever fixed. We hold maintenance programmes for buildings we install and for buildings we inherit, and we offer same day service when a leak cannot wait for a scheduled visit.
